How we work: Grass is left to grow naturally between all rows. The vines are completely disbudded and the leaves are thinned on the side where the sun rises.
Winemaking: Traditional methods are used after pressing the grapes gently in a bladder press, alcoholic fermentation is controlled by adjusting the temperature.
Ageing: Best when young, drink within 2-3 years.
Pairing: Very good with entrances like salads, melons, but also with fish and spicy meals.
