Domaine des Forges, a century of history
It is in the heart of Anjou, between the Loire and Layon, that passion has been passed on for 5 generations. In the village of Saint-Aubin de Luigné, Stéphane and Séverine Branchereau are passionate about cultivating, vinifying and maturing the great wines of the Loire Valley, between an intuition for tradition and a sense of innovation.
On 47 hectares, we develop an environmentally friendly approach, certified HVE, and a taste for excellence that applies to all our wines, almost entirely hand-picked.
Chenin, our most famous grape variety in the Loire Valley, expresses itself here on the best terroirs of the Quarts-de-Chaume Grand Cru, or on the prestigious appellations Savennières and Savennières Roche aux Moines.
Our terroirs of expression also include Anjou & Anjou Villages, Cabernet d’Anjou & Rosé de Loire, Crémant de Loire, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.
All of them seduce our local connoisseurs, as well as oenophiles from all over the world, who find in our wines the taste of the authenticity.
In 2022, our Quarts-de-Chaume, the only Grand Cru of the Loire Valley, was awarded the title of best sweet wine in the world by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

Located in the heart of the vineyard, we are delighted to welcome you in our Gîte de France to spend your vacations with family or friends. If you like nature, beautiful landscapes, calm and space, the Domaine des Forges gîte can accommodate up to 10 people.
